Tony Sum: I was looking for a change. After practicing law for several years, I was burnt out. I wanted a career that was satisfying and impactful. Eric and I met playing volleyball, and he suggested I try real estate. My parents gave me my first taste of what real estate could do. They owned a modest duplex, and after school, I would help take care of it. I recognized from an early age how important it was for them to have another source of income.

Taking a leap of faith, Eric and I teamed up and haven’t looked back since! Helping my clients find their dream homes has brought me the greatest satisfaction. Now, I have the flexibility to be there for my wife, Mindy, and daughter, Madison, while also loving the work I do.

Jody Rossi: The pandemic changed everything, setting me on a new course. I was working in the medical field and continuing my nursing education. However, the pandemic brought many uncertainties. I decided to take a step back and focus on my family, becoming a stayat-home mom for my two daughters, Irie and Olive. As the pandemic gradually subsided, I felt the need to embark on a personal journey of my own.

It was then that my neighbors, Eric and Joey, suggested that I explore the world of real estate. Given my background in caring for others and my innate desire to help people, this transition seemed like a natural fit. The dynamic nature of the job and the opportunity to meet new individuals have made this new chapter in my life incredibly exhilarating. I am grateful to be part of a supportive team that fosters growth and camaraderie. When I am not working, my oldest, Irie BMX races, so we spend a lot of time on the track. I also love to travel, go out with friends and try new restaurants.

Joey Tsutsui: In the fall of 2017, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. As hard as it was to accept my diagnosis, I was very fortunate to be considered cancer-free after my second surgery.

There was still a road of treatment and recovery ahead, but I was able to work through it with the help of my family and friends. My husband, Eric, our daughter, Payton, and I are fortunate to live just a few doors down from my parents on the same street where I grew up. I was incredibly grateful to have a home in the heart of my support system.

As a REALTOR® since 2004, this experience reminded me just how impactful your home is to your story. It’s more than a house; it’s a safe haven for healing, growing and coming together. It’s not a one-size-fits-all, and that is why I love what I do – everyone’s story is unique.

Eric Woodward: When I bought my first property, I wasn’t just opening the door to my first home but to an entirely new chapter of my life. I immediately recognized the potential owning real estate had to change someone’s life. From there, it became a passion of mine to not only help people buy and sell real estate but also bring agents in. Some of my proudest moments are overcoming challenges.

We made it through the market shift in 2008 by adjusting our approach. We started flipping properties and establishing a property management division that now manages over 185 doors. Where some see a closed door, I see opportunity. I am so proud of our team, and I know we are making a big difference in the lives of those we serve every day. When I am not working, I enjoy ATV riding, boating, wakeboarding, and skiing with my family.

As a team, we work collaboratively, bouncing ideas off each other and offering support whenever needed.

Everyone has unique strengths, and when we work together, we are able to provide a truly exceptional experience. Honesty and integrity are at the core of everything we do. We are proud of the work we do and always aim to have a positive impact. We view ourselves as educators, helping you understand what your options are and the steps needed to achieve your goals. Providing knowledge, information and experience to our clients is crucial in guiding them through the real estate process. Building relationships is another essential part of our company culture.

When you become our client, you become part of our team. We strive to be more than just salespeople; we want to understand your needs, preferences, and lifestyle to help you find your dream home. When you work with us, we are committed to serving as your lifelong REALTORS® , delivering support and guidance even after the transaction is over.
